Prices
At MARIA MUSIC & ART, prices are stated inclusive of taxes. The company is exempt from VAT.
If the lessons are to take place at the student's home, a transport surcharge of DKK 50 per lesson will be charged.
Payment
MARIA MUSIC & ART accepts payment for lessons via invoice, which is sent at the end of each month. Payment can be made via bank transfer and MobilePay.
Cancellation of music lessons
As a customer, you can cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place and be offered an alternative time for the lesson. Similarly, you will be offered an alternative time if I am forced to cancel and this is communicated more than 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled to take place.
If you cancel a music lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will still be invoiced for the lesson, and you cannot reschedule the cancelled time.
If I cancel a lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will, of course, not be invoiced for that particular lesson.
