3. The purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data
We register personal data about you when you decide to start having lessons withs us in order to subsequently organize your teaching.
The legal basis for our processing is primarily Article 6 part 1 (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, we are obliged to process information to a certain extent in order to fulfil our obligations under the Danish Accounting Act and may in this connection process your information pursuant to Article 6 part 1 (c).
4. Category of personal data
We process the following information about you: Name, address, phone number and email address.
If there is special information in connection with teaching that we need to be aware of, we will only process this on the basis of specific consent.
We do not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and do not store information about payment methods, such as card numbers, bank account numbers, etc. All payments are handled via third parties.
5. Storage of personal data
Information related to your teaching will be deleted 6 months after the end of the teaching course.
In order for us to fulfill our obligations under the Danish Accounting Act, we store the contact information you have used in connection with payment for 5 years.
6. Handling of consents
If, in connection with receiving lessons, you have given consent to the processing of special personal data, you always have the option to withdraw this consent, after which we will delete this information.

7. Use of data processors
We use partners to some extent to support the delivery of education, e.g. provision of booking services. These partners only process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Booking of piano lessons is done via the booking system Bookeasy. Their privacy policy can be read here: https://www.logbase.io/privacy-policy .

8. Your rights
You have the right to access the information we process about you and you have the right to have incorrect information corrected.
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our regular general deletion occurs.

Use of cookies
We use cookies to provide us with information about how our website is used by visitors. For example, total number of visits, information about which pages are viewed most, how long users are on the site, etc. We can also identify if the site is used by the same visitors multiple times.
In addition, we record information about which device and browser are used for the visit and which site our visitors come from. Our service provider Shopify uses third-party cookies to a certain extent, e.g. for statistical purposes and analysis.
