Prices

At MARIA MUSIC & ART, all prices are listed including VAT and taxes. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Payment

MARIA MUSIC & ART uses a third-party payment processor and accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

Delivery

MARIA MUSIC & ART has products produced and delivered by the Print On Demand companies Gelato and Podbase.

Via Gelato we ship to all countries in the EU.
And the following countries outside the EU: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Your item will generally be delivered within 1-3 business days after ordering.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. MARIA MUSIC & ART will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund of purchase price

If your purchase price needs to be refunded, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

Right of withdrawal on purchases of physical goods

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

The 14 days are counted from that day;

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
  • Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email to info@mariamusicart.dk.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

The right of withdrawal does not include products that are manufactured to the buyer's specifications or have been given a clearly personal touch.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. If the goods have been handled in any other way, you may only receive a partial or no refund of the purchase price if you cancel the purchase, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt of the return. In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must therefore test the goods without actually using them.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.

Depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from the purchase price.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

Other

Disputes regarding the purchase of services or products from MARIA MUSIC & ART are subject to Danish law, jurisdiction in Copenhagen.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out in accordance with the rules in our personal data policy for MARIA MUSIC & ART.
