Prices
At MARIA MUSIC & ART, all prices are stated inclusive of VAT and duties. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Payment
MARIA MUSIC & ART uses a third-party payment provider and accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.
Delivery
Original paintings and books are only delivered within Europe.
MARIA MUSIC & ART has products produced and delivered by the Print On Demand company Gelato.
Via Gelato, we ship to all EU countries.
And the following non-EU countries: Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Your item will generally be delivered within 1-2 weeks, but delays may occur.
Right to complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The right to complain does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. MARIA MUSIC & ART will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund of purchase price
If your purchase price is to be refunded, please provide bank details in the form of sort code and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
Right of withdrawal for purchases of physical goods
A 14-day full right of return is granted for items purchased in our webshop.
The 14 days are calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the last item, when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
- You take physical possession of the last batch, or last part, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days thereafter. The notification must be given by email to info@mariamusicart.dk.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the item, without simultaneously giving clear notification of this.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the buyer's specifications or that have been clearly personalised.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. If the item has been handled in any other way, upon withdrawal of the purchase, you can only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it into use.
Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid to us back.
Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
Other
Disputes regarding the purchase of services or products from MARIA MUSIC & ART are subject to Danish law, with jurisdiction in Copenhagen.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

- Information about what you have purchased
We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy for MARIA MUSIC & ART.
