I am completely in love with the Moomin universe and especially the book Moomin, Mymlins and Little My - WHAT'S GOING ON? , written and illustrated by Tove Jansson and translated by Marianne Iben Hansen. That's why I have written some music inspired by the plot of the book, which my music partner Ronan Perrett and I play on saxophone, clarinet and percussion while I read aloud from the book.
When we finish the book, it's time for us to play music together in our big jam session. We bring some percussion instruments and make sure to instruct all the children in how to play, so we can have a really nice time playing music together.
